Jewelry & Watch Repair
Here at Her Side Co., we offer repair services for most jewelry and watches. We can also replace watch batteries! Most of our business is online and at vending events, so we do not technically have a physical location. However, for this service, we have the unique ability to use our automotive repair shop, Crouch Automotive, as a public location for the drop-off and pick-up your jewelry and watches. Repairs are done off-site, but dropped off and picked up at our shop in North East, MD. You'll simply contact us by phone 443-252-1821 or email: HerSideCo2024@gmail.com to let us know what you need, then you'll drop off the item for repair anytime during their normal business hours, which are Mon-Fri 8am - 5pm. We do our best to have your item(s) back to you within 1-2 business days.
Drop-off Location: 152 N East Rd, North East, MD 21901. It's on Rte 272 near the Timberbrook entrance. We have a blue roof. Enter through the main office door. There is a "key drop box for after hours use. If you leave an item after hours, make sure you fill out your name, address & phone # on the envelope and deposit through the slot at the top of the box. We will retrieve your item the next business day at 8am.

We evaluate the piece at no charge to you, we contact you by phone with a free quote and whether or not we feel we can safely repair or replace elements of your jewelry or watch. You can also text pictures to 443-252-1821 to confirm whether it's something we feel comfortable repairing. Pricing is per item, so we can't list a one-size-fits-all price here on the site. However, we don't have the overhead of a jewelry store or a stand alone shop or mall jeweler, so our repairs are cheaper than you'll find in those types of repair locations.​

We can repair and replace many types of gemstones, cubic zirconia and rhinestones. It is always best if you can save the stone that came out of your setting so that we can try to just replace it for you. If you have an expensive diamond repair or need a replacement, it is best to contact the jeweler that sold the piece to you.
Repair or replace at your own risk
We prioritize our business and customer satisfaction, striving to repair or replace your components to the best of our ability. We handle your items with great care to avoid any damage during the repair or replacement process. However, due to the fragile nature of jewelry and watches, there is a possibility that a small part may be unintentionally damaged. If we can repair or replace it, we will, but we cannot be held responsible for items that cannot be replaced or are no longer available. We appreciate your understanding as you consider having your piece repaired. Thank you!
